- What ages is Nanaland for?
- For children aged 0 to 8. The baby zone is for little ones from 6 months to 3 years, and each play zone shows its age at the entrance.
- How much does it cost?
- The 2-hour pass costs €10 and includes 1 child and 1 accompanying adult. We also have a 10-visit card for €80, with an unforgettable gift while stocks last.
- What are your opening hours?
- We're open Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00–14:00 and 16:00–20:00. We're closed on Mondays.
- Do I need to book?
- Very soon you'll be able to book your session online on this website, for free, and pay at reception. In the meantime, just come along during opening hours. With a membership, every visit is booked in advance.
- Do adults have to stay?
- Yes. With children aged 6 months to 3 years, the adult must stay with them inside the play area. From 4 to 8, the adult can go in with them or wait in the café, but must always stay inside Nanaland.
- Do we need special socks?
- Yes, non-slip socks are required for children and adults. If you don't have any, you can buy them at reception for €2 and reuse them.
- Can I bring food?
- Outside food and drink aren't allowed, except milk, bottles and baby food for children under 3, and food needed for allergies, coeliac disease or medical diets. You'll find plenty in our café.
- My child has allergies. What should I do?
- Check our allergen list and tell us about any allergy or intolerance before ordering in the café.
- Do you host birthday parties?
- Yes! Play time in the park is always included. Choose between the Planet Party, decorated by you, or the Galaxy Party, with decoration and a personalised cake, and add extras such as a visit from a Nanaland character. Write to us with the date and number of children and we'll send you a proposal.
- Are there lockers?
- Yes, there are lockers for your things. They aren't supervised, so we can't be held responsible for items left in them.
- Where are you?
- At Carrer de Ramon Muntaner 48, 07010 Palma (Mallorca).
- Do you have a membership or monthly pass?
- Yes, three monthly memberships for children aged 0 to 8, paid at reception: Morning Club (€120/month), every weekday morning; Infinity Club (€160/month), all day on weekdays; and Universe Club (€190/month), every day, weekends included.
